Brief Overview

On Napier Hill this 1970’s home required a modern fresh revamp inside and out with quality fittings in the bathroom and kitchen. The entire interior was skimmed, and  new fire, kitchen, bathroom, and second toilet all fitted. Downstairs a fresh new office space was created, which can double as a guest facility, with its own bathroom. On the exterior all new paint work, new membrane decking and glass balustrade, plus one large garage door, as opposed to the previous two small doors, have all added to the new look today.
